We served as part of the DCCC’s 2012 Independent Expenditure team, making in ads in California’s 10th, Illinois’ 10th and New York’s 25th districts. After years of coming up short in IL-10, we helped beat Republican Bob Dold and finally return a long-time Democratic seat back in the D column, and in Rochester, New York we helped protect Louise Slaughter against a popular challenger, Monroe County Executive Maggie Brooks. In California, one negative ad was so devastating it had Congressman Jeff Denham threatening to sue.
